Known as the Swiss Army knife of business operations, she has helped scale and optimize businesses across industries—from construction to legal and healthcare—by leveraging automation, data-driven strategies, and workforce transformation.

As the Founder & CEO of Valgorithm, Valeria partners with companies to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and unlock new revenue streams. She has built and scaled teams from the ground up, growing workforces from three to over 200 employees while maintaining a 94% engagement rate and less than 7% turnover. Her expertise in HR, strategy, and digital transformation ensures businesses run smarter and leaner.

Previously, as Head of People Operations at Hello Alpha, Valeria scaled the team from 60 to 180 employees in 18 months while leading engagement and retention strategies. As Director of Patient Operations, she built operations from scratch, cutting churn from 34% to 3% and improving telehealth workflows. She also contributed to Amazon Clinic’s early approach to asynchronous telemedicine, shaping digital healthcare innovation.

A recognized expert in remote work and HR innovation, Valeria was invited to lead a four-hour workshop at WorkX, a Fortune 500 HR leadership conference, just two years after pivoting into HR. She shared insights on scaling remote teams, digital transformation, and operational efficiency, helping global companies navigate post-pandemic shifts.

Valeria holds an MHA from Florida Atlantic University and additional education from Harvard and Cornell. She serves as a Board Member for the FAU Research and Development Authority, championing innovation and mentorship. As the founder of FAU’s Future Healthcare Executives organization, she remains dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders.
